About this app

Paisa Voice is a personal and small-business expense management tool. You can add income and expenses, create customers, track amounts given and taken between customers, view reports, export data, set bill reminders, and receive summary notifications. You can use the app offline, online, or both, and you can delete your account.

Information we collect

• Account information, such as name, email address, phone number, or login identifiers if you create an account or sign in.
• Financial records you enter, including income, expenses, categories, notes, dates, amounts, and related attachments you choose to save.
• Customer and ledger data you create, such as customer names, contact details you add, amounts given, amounts taken, balances, and payment history between you and those customers.
• Reports, exports, bill reminder settings, notification preferences, and summary schedules you configure.
• Device information, such as device model, operating system version, language, time zone, and app version.
• Usage and diagnostics data, including feature use, crash logs, and technical information used to keep the app stable.
• Advertising identifiers and network information if ads or analytics services are used.

Offline and online modes

• In offline mode, records you add may be stored on your device so you can keep working without an internet connection.
• In online mode, data may sync to our servers or cloud providers so you can restore records, use the app on more than one device, and receive reminders.
• When you reconnect, pending offline entries may be uploaded and merged with online data.
• If you stay only on the device, some backup, multi-device, or reminder features may be limited.

• To operate income, expense, customer, given/taken ledger, report, export, reminder, and notification features.
• To store, sync, and restore your records across offline and online use.
• To send bill reminders and summary notifications you enable.
• To improve app performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain security.

• To process account deletion and related support requests.

Notifications and reminders

If you allow notifications, Paisa Voice may send bill reminders, due-amount alerts, and periodic income, expense, or customer-balance summaries. You can turn these off in app or device settings. Notification delivery depends on device permissions and, for some reminders, an internet connection.

Reports and export

You may generate reports and export records you stored in the app. Exported files are created at your request. Once a file leaves the app (for example, saved to your device or shared through another app), that copy is outside our control and is governed by the tools you use to store or share it.

Customer data you enter

Customer names, contacts, and given/taken amounts are entered by you for your own bookkeeping. You are responsible for having a lawful reason to store that information. We use it only to provide the ledger, report, reminder, and related features you request, not to contact your customers for marketing.

Advertising and third-party services

Paisa Voice may use third-party services such as cloud storage, analytics tools, crash reporting, notification providers, and ad networks. These partners may collect or process data according to their own privacy terms. We recommend reviewing their policies to understand how data is handled outside of our direct control.

Legal bases and consent

Where applicable, we process information based on legitimate interests, contractual necessity, legal obligations, or your consent. If consent is required by your region, you may be presented with controls for notifications, analytics, or advertising.

Data retention and security

We retain account and financial records only as long as needed to provide the service, unless a longer period is required by law. Offline data stays on your device until you delete it, uninstall the app, or clear app storage. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, misuse, or accidental loss. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Account deletion

• You can delete your account from in-app account or settings controls, or by contacting us at the email below.
• Deleting your account removes associated online profile data and synced records from our systems, subject to legal or security retention needs.
• Offline copies on your device may remain until you uninstall the app or clear local storage.
• Exported files you already saved or shared are not deleted by account deletion.
• After deletion, you may lose access to income, expense, customer, reminder, and report history that was stored with that account.

International data transfers

Some service providers may process data on servers located in countries other than your own. By using the app, you acknowledge that information may be transferred and processed internationally, subject to applicable safeguards required by law.

Your rights and choices

• You can edit or delete income, expense, customer, and ledger records you created, subject to app functionality.
• You can manage notification and reminder permissions in the app or on your device.
• You can export your data where the export feature is available.
• You can delete your account as described above.
• You can stop collection of new online data by using offline-only mode where available, or by uninstalling the app.
• Where permitted by law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of certain data by contacting us.

Children's privacy

Paisa Voice is intended for users who can manage their own financial records. It is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps, including deleting related data where required.

Policy updates

We may revise this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. Updated versions become effective when published on this page. Continued use of the app after publication means you acknowledge and accept the updated policy.
